Plantation style shutters measured for a large bay window in a period property converted to apartments. Customer service and liaison prior to the fitting was excellent but the shutters ultimately did not fit. As is common in older properties, levels and true straight edges can be a little out- this was not identified at measuring. To his credit, he immediately refunded the deposit but the window frame is left with screw holes in the wood, and 12 weeks have been wasted waiting for delivery, for something not fit for purpose. Recommend the company but caution if in an older property

Was not explained how to use the blinds correctly, far too heavy for elderly people but the thing that I was most dissatisfied with was the way he spoke to me, I found it very rude and upsetting, above all totally unesscesary as I had always been courteous and polite to him.

Simon came and gave me a quote for faux wooden blinds for my lounge window and half glazed door, plus blinds for the kitchen. He was very professional and took into account my preferences, he had brought some samples and allowed me to take my time to choose. He took measurements and gave me a very competitive quote. He booked a date for the fitting and turned up on time. Simon took my old blinds down and fitted the new blinds quickly and efficiently. He was a really lovely guy and I felt confident he would do a good job which he did.

Simon arrived at the agreed time, with the new Roller Blind exactly to the measurements and spec agreed 2 weeks earlier during his initial visit. The fitting went smoothly, with no problem at all. Simon demonstrated how to operate the Blind and invited me to operate it too. The whole visit lasted around 1 hour. Simon was friendly throughout and cleaned up the small amount of mess that was caused. I was pleased with the result and happily paid the outstanding balance. Both my partner and I found Simon polite and personable throughout. He came round to quote and offered advice on what size slats suited our bay window, even left samples for me to look at as I was not able to be there. The whole process was hassle free and quick, took no more than 4 weeks and that's over the Christmas and New Year. The blinds are up and they look fantastic! I must admit this wasn't a straight forward fit as it was difficult to get a fixing on our bay ceiling which Simon did point out before he began. Simon got round it and job neatly done. We had one tiny issue with one of the blinds and Simon suggested a replacement which he ordered and came back to fit at an convenient time for us. Simon was efficient and helpful from the start, showing examples of blinds he had fitted and explaining different ways of fitting, either inside the recess or, as we chose, having the window framed and fitting outside the recess. We had to amend the fitting date at the last minute due to problems at work, but this was taken in his stride and a new appointment scheduled in to suit. The end result looks great and works really well for us, the room looks bigger and external noise is lessened.
